Introduction
Project activities are not a modern discovery, they have a very long history, since the emergence of states required oversight of the Treasury's investments in architecture and the military. Until the middle of the 20th century they were called plans. However, it was not until the 1950s that project management methodologies began to consolidate into a framework whose rules and principles could be applied to a wide range of projects.
Today, we have a wide range of project management methodologies and tools that allow us to plan, execute and complete projects efficiently.
